West Karun Pump Station

West Karun pump station was built in order to collect light and heavy crude oil from Arvndan oil fields (North Azadegan and South Azadegan fields, Karkheh port, Darkhoin, Jofeir and Yadavaran) and transfer them to Khuzestan Refinery and Omidiyeh Pump station for export in the southeast of Ahvaz - west of the Karun river.

Technical Configuration

Sending heavy crude oil through 24 inch pipeline to Khuzestan refinery
Sending heavy crude oil through a 36-inch pipeline to the Omidiye pump house for export
Sending light crude oil through a 30-inch pipeline to the Omidiye pump house for export
